The Ekomat HRTPO Energy Unit is an installation fully adapted for the thermal treatment of wood waste classified as "non-hazardous," including post-production waste from furniture factories (MDF and HDF boards). The maximum fuel moisture content is 30%, and the fuel graduation is up to 30 mm. The ceramic combustion chamber is equipped with a furnace with a hydraulically driven flat moving grate. The boiler block has been expanded with an additional afterburning chamber, which ensures a flue gas residence time of 2 seconds in a high-temperature environment after the last air supply. Ekomat HRTPO series boilers are fully automated. Advanced controllers monitor the operation of the entire unit and all key parameters. Additionally, we provide remote access to the control panel via a mobile app, enabling features such as online diagnostics. |

Fuel supply options

Ekomat HRTPO with a biomass storage and a cylindrical hopper. The scraper hydraulic floor (discharge rakes), with a maximum length of 12 m, is driven by hydraulic cylinders. Their task is to transport fuel from the entire area of the storage room to a chain conveyor. Through this conveyor, the fuel is transferred to the cylindrical hopper, from where it is fed onto the grate.
Ekomat HRTPO with a cylindrical hopper with a capacity of 1.8 m³ or 4.2 m³. The hopper is equipped with a planetary gearbox that drives the profiled discharge arms. Fuel is introduced into the combustion chamber via an inclined screw feeder.


Ekomat HRTPO with a container with a capacity of 5.5 m³ or 20 m³. The containers are equipped with hydraulically driven rakes. They ensure the transport of fuel from the entire area of the hopper to the screw feeder. Through this feeder, the fuel is introduced onto the grate located in the boiler's combustion chamber.
